"Today, I was walking around the historic centre of Milan. I saw a multitude of people, some tourists, some locals, and some street performers.
► This person here was fully dressed up in Native American attire and was playing the flute, for 3 straight hours. His music was soulful and touching. You can tell it straight up that he was playing from his heart.

I wish I was rich enough such that I could instantly give him €50 without thinking and/or give him an opportunity to do an album so that he leads a comfortable life by earning enough money for the skills he has.
► This guy here took random vegetables and turned them into beautiful pieces.

I wish I was rich enough to help him set up his art gallery.
► One guy sold his paintings on the streets for a living.

I wish I was rich enough to buy all his paintings and encourage him to paint more.
► This man here entertained all the kids by making animal sounds. I saw little children being very happy around him. Their parents would stop for a while and drag the children away. All this old man got was a smile and a Grazie.

I wish I was rich enough that I could ensure this person lives comfortably and still continues to entertain more children, just for his satisfaction.
Like this, I see street dancers, stunt performers, drummers and percussionists playing out of random pieces of plastic and metal, violinists and guitarists who play beautiful pieces of music which reflect their soul.
I wish I was rich enough to help all these people, whatever they may need.
Yes, there is a lot of poverty around in this world. But helping to alleviate world poverty is a serpentine task. There are too many layers of complexities and it is too big for one person to achieve it. But, at least I would like to help people who I see on the streets every day.
Street artists make so many people happy but most of them are mired in financial insecurity and poverty.
One day, I wish I was rich enough that I could ensure the financial security of as many street artists as I could while they continue to make other people’s lives happy."
